Current NPAs The following Notes of Proposed Amendment (NPA) are available for general aviation personnel to make comments to the corresponding civil aviation authorities. According to the Central American Regulations on the System for the Harmonized Development and Implementation of Joint Civil Aviation Rules and Appendix 1 (RAC 11), a comment form is required for this purpose. The end of comment date is the date when the comment reception period ends. |
